At Crawford Catastrophe Services, we’ve always believed our independent adjusters are more than just part of a roster — they’re at the heart of what we do. That’s why we’re proud to announce the launch of our new loyalty program, built specifically to recognize and reward the adjusters who continue to choose Crawford as their home for catastrophe deployment.
A culture of recognition
This program was born out of a simple but powerful idea: our culture is our greatest differentiator. As our leadership team examined new ways to strengthen our community of adjusters, it became clear that investing in those who continually invest in us was not just a smart strategy but the right thing to do.
“Our goal has always been to foster a true partnership with our roster,” said one of our leaders involved in launching the program. “We wanted a way to show, not just say, how much we value our adjusters. This program is one more way we live that value.”
How it works
The loyalty program is designed with fairness, clarity and flexibility in mind:
- Earn points while you work: Adjusters earn points for each day deployed, with weekly caps to ensure a level playing field.
- Tiered recognition: As points accumulate, adjusters progress through loyalty tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Reaching Platinum takes consistent, dedicated service across multiple deployments.
- Additional opportunities to earn: The loyalty program is designed with agility in mind, so we can explore rewarding ad hoc points for things like performance, profile upgrades and staying engaged with Crawford Catastrophe Services.
Real rewards, real appreciation
So, what’s in it for our adjusters? Think exclusive Crawford-branded gear — hats, pens, water bottles, binders — and gifts that are both practical and personalized for life on deployment. As the program grows, so will the list of incentives, guided by feedback from the adjusters it’s built to serve.
“We want this to be dynamic,” our team emphasized. “Every quarter is a new chance to reward, recognize and surprise our top performers. Our initial rollout earlier this year included special swag for standout adjusters in 2024 and the following years are going to be even better.”
Future rewards may include not just things, but also opportunities. We know that true appreciation is about opening doors, not just handing out gifts.
Loyalty vs. performance
It’s important to note that our loyalty program is separate from our Star Rating system. Star ratings reflect manager evaluations after deployment, while the loyalty program rewards consistent engagement and long-term partnership. In terms of our ethos, exceptional performance and loyalty go hand in hand and provide an opportunity for us to display agility within our loyalty program by rewarding those adjusters who consistently perform at the highest levels.
