We are honored to introduce Marc Cunningham. As Senior Vice President, Disability and Absence Management at Broadspire, Marc has been recognized as one of the ‘Leaders of Change 2020’ by Insurance Business America. We would like to congratulate Marc, this recognition is the result of his dedicated leadership for diversity and inclusion which has created nothing short of a compelling business case for change within Crawford.
Marc has aided the launch of many influential initiatives, including most recently Crawford & Company's RISE employee resource group. RISE was formed as a commitment to connecting people of all races and ethnicities in surrounding communities and is a multi-ethnic global network of dedicated employees, who seek to make a difference by focusing on diversity and expanding inclusion at Crawford & Company.

In addition to his initiation of RISE and development of its charter, Marc is responsible for driving the strategy and principles of the RISE ERG within the organization and to its members.
Marc’s commitment to creating an inclusive culture has lead him to connect with local communities and disadvantaged groups for recruiting, scholarship sponsoring and youth mentoring. His passion for helping others is well known in the company, and amongst his other responsibilities, Marc currently mentors several employees at Crawford.

As an advocate of diversity and inclusion, Marc's career has focused on driving diversity based outcomes such as reviewing hiring practices, enabling advancement opportunities and creating an inclusive culture. Marc is passionate about supporting women and people of color in gaining exposure to different career paths, and in his previous work, Marc co-lead and facilitated an organization-wide career readiness and mentorship program.
