Kelly Stevens Hons BA, CIP, CRM

Kelly started her insurance career in 1995 and has held progressive roles in underwriting, claims adjusting, account management and leadership with both insurers and independent adjusting firms. Kelly joined Crawford in 2007 and has managed several large teams in Property and Casualty adjusting. As chief operating officer, she has expanded her leadership across Loss Adjusting, Third Party Administration, Contractor Connection and Network Solutions.
