Alister Jupp

After obtaining a grounding in insurance and the world of claims both in an Insurers and a broker background, Alister joined Thomas Howell, (subsequently acquired by Crawford’s), in 1992 to begin his loss adjusting career. After qualifying as a Chartered Loss Adjuster in 1997 he moved into Major Loss dealing with high value claims across several industry sectors.

Having moved into management he has held a number of senior positions both within major loss and the wider property business. In 2020 he was promoted to Head of Property Loss Adjusting across the UK. Alister has also produced articles and thought leadership for both Crawford and the general insurance press.
