Wind, Rain and Coastal Flooding are Likely in the Northeastern U.S.
As remnants of Hurricane Willa travel northeast, it will meet the plunging jet stream and create heavy rains for the East Coast. Some parts of New England may get some snow as well. The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning (up to 60 mph) for parts of New York and New Jersey. Flooding in coastal areas is also a concern.
