Tropical Storm Cristobal gains strength as it heads for Gulf Coast
After languishing in the Gulf of Mexico for several days as a tropical depression, Tropical Storm Cristobal is gaining strength and heading for the northern Gulf Coast of the U.S. Meteorologists predict that the storm will make landfall somewhere between Louisiana and Texas on Sunday, bringing with it storm surges, strong winds and heavy rain.
