Hurricane Douglas

Hurricane Douglas is currently traveling at a rate of 20mph headed towards the island of Hilo. The Category 3 hurricane is producing maximum wind gusts of 120mph, but is expected to downgrade to a tropical storm before making landfall bringing heavy wind and rain. Dangerous surf is also expected along beaches.

Crawford currently has staff on the ground in Hawaii and is prepared to supplement additional resources with CAT adjusters that are on standby to handle claims as a result of Douglas, the first hurricane of the 2020 Pacific season.
