First-time Login

Crawford & Company actively use Microsoft Office 365 to access systems. Please click the link below and enter your Crawford e-mail address and your password to begin set up. You will be required to choose 2 methods of contact for verification from the following:

  • Cell Phone (Call or Text), Microsoft Authenticator, Personal Email Address, Security Questions, Alternate Phone or Business Phone

Update MFA and Security information

Click the link below to make changes to the devices you have registered for multi-factor authentication, your preference for MFA prompt, to remove a device that you no longer use for MFA, and/or change your authentication options for self-service password reset (SSPR)

Reset Forgotten Password

  • In the event you forget your password or lock yourself out of your system, you may reset your forgotten password here.
  • To reset your password, you will be required to provide 2 methods of authentication that you set up during your first login.
