Crawford Adjuster Academy offers independent adjusters the opportunity to elevate their skills, expand their industry knowledge and explore pathways to future deployment opportunities with Crawford Catastrophe Services. With two in-person training tracks – Texas and Multi-Carrier – the academy delivers hands-on instruction from experienced professionals and prepares attendees for real-world catastrophe claim scenarios. 

Each track offers a unique training experience. The Texas Track is a 12-day in-person course focused on one major carrier, while the Multi-Carrier Track in Atlanta, GA takes a phased approach that includes pre-class video learning, a five-day in-person session and potential advancement to carrier-specific certifications, based on performance.

Multi-Carrier Track: Atlanta, GA

The Crawford Adjuster Academy - Multiple Carrier Track provides new and experienced adjusters with essential training needed to succeed in the adjuster role. This track takes a phased approach. Phase one begins before class with required video coursework to establish foundational knowledge. Phases two and three take place during the in-person 5-day session and focus on estimating best practices, including hands-on Xactimate training. Based on your performance throughout all phases, you may be invited to move forward into carrier-specific certifications, broadening your opportunities for deployment. Learn more about this training.

Texas Track: Allen, TX

The Crawford Adjuster Academy – Texas Track is a 12-day in-person course for new and experienced adjusters, that provides hands-on training in Xactimate, XactAnalysis and EagleView, while covering policy interpretation, damage assessment and property estimation. Regardless of the path you choose, both tracks offer a comprehensive foundation for new and experienced independent adjusters alike – and may serve as a steppingstone toward being added to Crawford Catastrophe Services’ deployment roster. This training is not directly related to your job duties, and you should not perform any actual work during the sessions. Participation in this course does not constitute compensable work time.
