Xactimate Level 2 Training - Virtual

Overview

The 3-Day Xactimate Level 2 virtual training is designed for an adjuster who is knowledgeable of the adjuster profession and is looking to learn the Xactimate estimating program. In this course, students will be taught how to write professional, accurate, and timely estimates using Xactimate’s best practices. This course is a separate continuation of the Level 1 Training and includes Xactimate X2 sketching (roof and interior), scenario-based estimating.  This level focuses on more complicated roofs, challenging floor plans and multiple floor levels all leading up to the Level 2 exam prep. 

Course Requirements for Virtual Classroom

Students of this course should meet the following criteria before attending the virtual class:

• To attend this course, you MUST have attended the Xactimate Level 1 Training – Virtual with the Crawford Xactimate Certified Trainer.    If you attempt to sign up for this course, but have not attended the prerequisite Level 1, you will be cancelled and removed from this class until you have met the appropriate requirements.   
• Dual monitors or two computers – One computer/monitor for MS Team class instruction and a separate computer/monitor for Xactimate estimating.
• We will be using Xactimate Training Instance, which gives you 30 days of free access.    This will be assigned the day before class so that you have enough time on the back end in case you choose to take the XACT ware exam.    This is the ONLINE version so there is nothing to download prior to class.     
• External mouse
• High-speed internet connection
• Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Windows navigation
• Knowledge of the adjuster profession and basic understanding of damage identification/building components
• Students will be provided with a virtual XM8 workbook for use during the class and for the exam prep.   This will be able to be used for Level 1 and Level 2.        This will also be sent to you the day before class begins. 

What to Expect

This course will be instructed by an Xactimate Affiliate Trainer (XAT) with over fifteen years of property adjusting experience and ten years of teaching the Xactimate program.   There will be one fifteen-minute break. Students will be provided with optional homework assignments if students have access to a computer at home.

Course Objectives

Students of this course will be taught:

• Continuing Sketching more complex roofs and interior floor plans (will include tools needed for complex roofs and interior sketches)
• Scenario-based estimating (Wind/Hail damaged roofs, tree on fence estimating, elevation repairs, and interior water damage)
• Learning how to build and use Macros
• Xactimate Claim wrap-up and reporting
• Level 2 Xactimate Exam prep

This course is $249 and limited to 15 participants, who have completed the Xactimate Level 1 course offered by us. All classes are subject to cancellation due to storm activity. Students will be notified in advance.
