Western US Training Event

Overview

Crawford continues to grow, and our carrier partners have expanding needs in the western United States. The Western US Training Event is designed for new and experienced adjusters who are interested in receiving specialized training for these carrier specific needs. The 2-day event will prepare adjusters to successfully handle claims across a spectrum of losses. Training topics include Introduction to Adjusting, Xactimate, Water loss handling, Estimate Reconciliations, along with carrier-specific claim handling. Depending on your skill set, some western state deployments for this carrier could earn you double compared to field assignments in other parts of the country.

Course Requirements for Virtual Classroom

1. Students of this course should meet the following criteria before attending the virtual class:
2. Have a laptop or desktop computer that has Xactimate’s latest version installed (X1) – (Verisk offers a 30-day free trial of the Xactimate program) - If you are not a current Xactimate customer, you can request a free 30-day demo from the Xactware website.
3. External mouse
4. High-speed internet connection
5. Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Windows navigation
6. Knowledge of the adjuster profession and basic understanding of damage identification/building components

What to Expect

The class begins promptly at 8:00 am (CST) and will end at 5:00 pm (CST). There will be two fifteen-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch. Students who attend the entire session will receive a certificate of recognition. At the end of this course, students will be prepared to handle claims from western states for one of the largest carriers in the US.
