Symbility Training

Overview

The 2-day Symilibity Training is designed for the adjuster who has never used Symbility but would like to learn how the software works. Students will be taught claim setup, navigation, and how to build a basic floor, roof, and elevation plan. In addition, you will learn how to find line items to add to your estimate. After the training, a student should be able to write a basic estimate with the system.

Course Requirements for Virtual Classroom

Students of this course should meet the following criteria before attending the virtual class:

1. External mouse
2. High-speed internet connection
3. Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Windows navigation
4. Dual monitors or two computers – One computer/monitor for Teams class instruction and a separate computer/monitor for Symbility estimating
5. Have a laptop or desktop computer that has the latest version of Symbility Mobile Claims installed
6. Symbility offers a free trial version - If you are not a current Symbility customer, you will need to create an account with CoreLogic, then you can download the trial version of Symbility Mobile Claims.

What to Expect

The class begins promptly at 8:00 am (CST) and will end at 4:30 pm (CST). There will be two fifteen-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch.

Course Objectives

Students of this course will be taught:

1. Claim setup (adding coverages, deductible, customer information)
2. How to navigate the software
3. How to create floor plans, roof plans, and elevation plans
4. Different ways to add items to the estimate
