Ready 2 Deploy Training Event

Do you find yourself seeking deployment opportunities but not receiving any phone calls or messages? Are you wondering if you possess the necessary training and skills to secure these opportunities? If so, then seize the opportunity to qualify for the upcoming storm season.

The Ready 2 Deploy training event is tailored to adjusters who lack experience in handling claims and wish to gain insight into the adjusting profession and industry. The program will take place at Collin College's new and advanced technical campus. Crawford is committed to providing you with the tools you need to succeed and ensuring that you deliver exceptional claims experiences for our carrier's policyholders. Immediate deployment from this class is NOT guaranteed, however, all participants will be prioritized for this year's storm deployments. Deployment conditions are set by the carrier, and students will be evaluated on their performance in this course before they are contacted for an assignment.

You will learn how to interpret an insurance policy, enhance customer experiences, document files, conduct virtual and physical scoping, and develop professional estimates using Xactimate's best practices. These sessions will enable you to explore other opportunities within the industry and offer hands-on training throughout the entire claims process. The event is customized to meet your learning objectives and cater to your specific needs. We will guide you through the process and invest in your future. This training program is ideal for new adjusters seeking to expand their knowledge and qualify for future Crawford deployments.

Register BY July 24, 2023, to attend this event for only $350 (originally $399)! The registration fee covers 5-days of instruction and includes daily lunch on-site at Collin College. We will also have discounted hotel rates for attendees at nearby hotels.

*Attendees are eligible to receive $350 back if they deploy with Crawford (for at least 30 days) within 120 days of the event and are released with good standing.
