Overview
Crawford’s 2-hour RCBAP/Condominium Association Flood Loss Training webinar is designed to familiarize veteran flood adjusters with the current requirements and trends of FEMA’s Nation Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) requirements for RCBAP loss handling. This course is intended for qualified flood adjusters as well as those who are interested in applying for their RCBAP claims handling authorization on their FCN cards. The presentation is offered entirely online and encompasses a broad scope of flood claim topics both technical and insightful including estimating standards, operational guidance, the standard flood claim processes, and discussions on NFIP Claims Manual guidelines.
At Crawford we believe that proper training and support is the cornerstone of developing successful adjusters. Our flood adjuster training programs focus on preparing our adjusters to handle all aspects of the flood claims process to certify the best possible claim experience for both the policyholder and the adjuster.
