Overview
Crawford’s 2-hour Personal Property/Contents Training for Flood Claims webinar is designed to show new as well as experienced flood adjusters the aspects of the flood loss claims handling process for flood damaged Personal Property and Contents. We will cover the protocols of inspections of the property, proper inspection photos, estimating standards, proper application of depreciation, and required claim file documentation. The presentation includes the current requirements and expectations of FEMA’s Nation Flood Insurance program (NFIP) as well as a look at NFIP Claims Manual guidance.
The presentation is offered entirely online and encompasses a broad scope of flood claim topics both technical and insightful. At Crawford we believe that proper training and support is the cornerstone of developing successful adjusters.
Our flood adjuster training programs focus on preparing our adjusters to handle all aspects of the flood claims process to certify the best possible claim experience for both the policyholder and the adjuster.
