Large Commercial & RCBAP Training

Overview

Crawford’s 1-day Large Commercial & RCBAP Training webinar is designed to familiarize veteran flood adjusters on the current requirements and trends from FEMA’s Nation Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). This course is intended for qualified flood adjusters who are interested in applying for their Large Commercial and/or RCBAP credentials on their FCN cards. The course is offered entirely online and encompasses a broad scope of flood claim topics both technical and insightful including estimating standards, operational guidance, and standard processes. At Crawford we believe that proper training and support is the cornerstone to developing successful adjusters. Our flood adjuster training programs focus on preparing our adjusters to handle all aspects of the flood claims process to certify the best possible claim experience for both the policyholder and the adjuster.

There is no charge to attend this course, but you must register prior to the event, and you must meet all criteria to receive an invitation to attend.

Course Requirements:

Students of this course should meet the following criteria to receive an invitation to attend the virtual class and receive full credit:

1. They must be in good standing with FEMA/NFIP.
2. They must be in good standing with Crawford and its affiliates.
3. Have an active NFIP Flood Control Number (FCN).
4. Have FCN approval to handle Dwelling, Mobile Home, & Small Commercial claims.
5. Have at least five years of full-time large-loss property adjusting experience.
6. Must receive the invitation to attend the course.
7. Must satisfy attendance requirements for the full class.
8. Must successfully pass the final exam.
