Overview
Crawford’s Flood Adjuster Specialized Training (FAST) webinar is designed to get currently active and veteran flood adjusters up to speed on current requirements and trends from FEMA’s Nation Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The FAST course is offered entirely online and encompasses a broad scope of both technical and insightful flood claim topics including carrier-specific estimating standards, operational guidance, and standard processes. The course also includes a discussion on FEMA's RCQC program summary, outlining objectives and benefits of oversight, with examples of what FEMA is looking for and why. You will learn about our unique, and valuable VTA program, adjuster support network, flood adjuster compensation, and our adjuster plan for success. At Crawford, we believe that proper training and support are the cornerstones to developing successful adjusters. Our flood adjuster training programs focus on preparing our adjusters to handle all aspects of the flood claims process to certify the best possible claim experience for the policyholder and the adjuster.
This course is invite-only and at no cost. To be considered, please complete the registration and interest form.
