Overview
Crawford’s 8-hour Flood Adjuster Specialized Training (FAST) webinar is designed to get currently active and veteran flood adjusters up to speed on current requirements and trends from FEMA’s Nation Flood Insurance program (NFIP). The FAST course is offered entirely online and encompasses a broad scope of flood claim topics both technical and insightful including estimating standards, operational guidance, and standard processes.
The course also includes discussions on the NFIP Claims Manual, with examples of what FEMA is looking for and why. At Crawford we believe that proper training and support is the cornerstone of developing successful adjusters. Our flood adjuster training programs focus on preparing our adjusters to handle all aspects of the flood claims process to certify the best possible claim experience for both the policyholder and the adjuster.
