Overview
Join us for Crawford’s special Storm Preparation Overview Training (SPOT) presentations designed to assist our adjusters with some beneficial items that they can utilize in the field. The presentation will include discussions regarding tools, equipment, and strategies that can help assist our flood adjusters in the field and after a storm.
Being prepared before the storm is one of the essential components of being a successful flood adjuster and the inspection process can present many challenges. The Crawford flood team believes it’s better to stay ready, so you don’t have to get ready. Our flood adjuster training programs focus on preparing our adjusters to handle all aspects of the flood claims process to certify the best possible claim experience for both the policyholder and the adjuster.
This course is invite-only and at no cost. To be considered, please complete the registration and interest form.
What to Expect
We have received suggestions and recommendations from our veteran adjusters as well as our VTA and VOT staff members regarding the tools and gear that they use to help make their experience in the field a success. We have compiled this information into a brief presentation to share with our flood adjusters to help them be more prepared and successful during the claims process.
If you are able to attend, the presentations will be held in the adjuster support room at 8:30 am and then again at 4 pm CST and should take approximately 30 minutes followed by a Q&A to discuss any additional items that the audience may wish to pass along.
