Carrier-Specific Auto Certification

Overview

The Carrier-Specific Auto Certification training will focus exclusively on handling auto claims. At the end of the class, there will be a certification exam which will result in a certificate of recognition that qualifies an adjuster to work auto claims for this carrier. All study material and exams will be provided through ProctorFree.

Course Requirements for Virtual Classroom

Students of this course should meet the following criteria before attending the virtual class:

1. Have a laptop or desktop computer
2. High-speed internet connection
3. The computer must meet these requirements through ProctorFree

What to Expect

During the week of the training, you will receive video links and study materials to review on your own. During the day of the training, you will participate in a guided review through Microsoft Teams (1 pm CST - 3 pm CST) and take the appropriate exam in the evening. The exam will be open after the review until 11:59 pm CST. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive a certificate of recognition and will be considered certified and eligible to work carrier auto catastrophe claims.
