Overview
The Carrier Claim Handling training is designed to lay a solid foundation for property adjusting following the guidelines put forward by the carrier.
What To Expect
This is a classroom-based course that uses state-of-the-art technology complemented with hands-on building materials. The training will include graded exercises with feedback provided throughout the course. Upon satisfactory completion, you will be eligible with Crawford to handle this carrier's claims. This along with the completion of carrier certifications will place you on a preferred status to deploy with this carrier.

- Policy and Coverage review and interpretation
- Remarkable Customer Service Expectations and Training
- Scoping both field and Virtual whether in the field or at a desk.
- Proper file documentation and Supplements
- Intro to Xactimate and sketch
- Wind/Hail Training
- Handling Claims from the First Contact, Inspection, Investigation to Settlement
