Overview
Crawford’s 2-hour Becoming a Successful Flood Adjuster webinar is designed to show new adjusters as well as adjusters with experience with other lines of insurance the basics of flood loss claims. The presentation includes the current requirements and expectations of FEMA’s Nation Flood Insurance program (NFIP) as well as claim guidance and the tools you will need to help you be successful.
The presentation is offered entirely online and encompasses a broad scope of flood claim topics both technical and insightful. At Crawford we believe that proper training and support is the cornerstone of developing successful adjusters. Our flood adjuster training programs focus on preparing our adjusters to handle all aspects of the flood claims process to certify the best possible claim experience for both the policyholder and the adjuster.
