Overview
This comprehensive training program is designed to equip auto damage professionals with the skills and knowledge required to accurately write estimates for vehicles damaged by wind, hail, and flood events using the CCC ONE platform. This course provides hands-on instruction and real-world scenarios to build confidence and competence in writing weather-related damage estimates.
Course requirements:
Students of this course should meet the following criteria before attending the class:
- Personal laptop (preferred)
- Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Windows
- Base knowledge of the adjuster profession and basic understanding of auto body components and damage types
What to expect
This course will be instructed by Crawford's exceptional training team. The class begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. (EST) and will end at 5:00 p.m. (EST), August 7th. There will be two fifteen-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch. Cost is $50.
All classes are subject to cancellation due to storm activity. Students will be notified in advance. Please be advised your seat in the class will not be reserved until you make a successful payment of $50.

This training is not directly related to your job duties, and you should not perform any actual work during the session. Participation in this course does not constitute compensable work time.
