If you are a new to property adjusting or are a returning adjuster looking to work with one of the largest insurance carriers in the country, this is training is for you! After this 3-day interactive certification, you will be armed with all the information needed to work with this carrier as a property adjuster.

During the 3-day training you will learn carrier-specific processes and best claim handling guidelines. The course topics include, but are not limited to, the Claims Process Tool (CPT), proper file documentation, customer experience, SettleAssist, Xactimate, Xactianalysis, Policy, Estimating Standards, Right Answers and more. Course Requirements for Virtual Classroom

Students of this course should meet the following criteria before attending the virtual class:

1. Have a laptop or desktop computer
2. High-speed internet connection
3. Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Windows navigation
4. Knowledge of the adjuster profession and basic understanding of damage identification/building components

What to Expect

Each day the classes will begin promptly at 8:00 am (CST) and will end at 5:00 pm (CST). There will be two fifteen-minute breaks and a one-hour lunch. Students who attend the entire session will receive a certificate of recognition upon completion.
