2025 NFIP Claims Presentations

Overview

NFIP webinar registration dates are now available. Please review the dates below and sign up for a webinar that fits your schedule. Once you successfully attend the webinar you should receive a certificate of completion via email within 3-5 weeks. 

Please forward us a copy of your certificate of completion once received to FloodOperations@us.crawco.com. If you are applying for your FCN or any additional endorsements, we will email you back a link along with instructions to assist you with your application. 

If you are renewing your FCN with no changes, we will add your certificate of completion to your Renovo profile as proof of attendance until the NFIP processes your renewal and emails you your updated FCN for 2025-2026, a new application will not be required for renewals.
