Career Development Programs
Crawford has been investing in the professional development of its employees since the early years of its founding in 1941. Today, our company is recognized globally for its commitment to comprehensive training, talent development and expert leadership in the insurance industry. Development programs include:
- Emerging Leaders (for managers who have shown high potential)
- Multicultural Leadership (for employees from underrepresented groups)
- Women Leadership (for developing women professionals)
Employee Resource Groups
Our ERGs are voluntary, employee-driven, self-governed groups designed to increase advocacy, create a sense of belonging and enable change. Each of our ERGs is supported by an executive-level sponsor and the Office of DEI. Groups include:
- RISE (for racially and ethnically diverse employees and allies)
- PRIDE (for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies)
- ZEAL (for women employees and their allies)
- ABILITY! (for employees with disabilities and their allies)
Community Support
Giving back to the communities where we live and work. Opportunities include:
- Global Day of Service. Every fall, we join together in service of our communities. Over the last decade, our teams have participated in hundreds of diverse humanitarian projects, each chosen by employees in their respective regions.
- Crawford Cares. Every year, the foundation provides thousands of dollars in financial assistance to our team members. Using these funds, employees are able to offset the costs of restoring their lives, including property repair, food, clothing, temporary housing and funeral expenses.
Though there is more work to be done, we are determined and optimistic about pursuing our DEI aspirations by leveraging our talent and technology to bring about purposeful change.
