William Sheets

William began his career in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina devested the gulf coast. As a staff member with one of the largest insurance companies in the US, he moved from claims adjuster trainee to Sr claims adjuster and mentor for new employees, working catastrophe events across the US.

In 2015 William moved out of the field and began managing operations for several independent firms during catastrophe events in all 50 states. In 2019, William came to Crawford as an operations manager with Crawford Catastrophe Services and moved quickly into the role of Director of CAT operations. Williams works with customers both internally and externally to provide the assistance needed during CAT events and/or surge events for our daily clients.
