Within her role, in addition to conducting operations assessments and market research, Kaitlyn works with Broadspire executive teams in several countries to help them develop, track, and execute their strategy to reach operational excellence surrounding the four main pillars: grow, simplify, innovate, and engage.
A graduate of Duke University, Kaitlyn secured an entry-level job at Broadspire as an account specialist within client services. After a few months, feeling that she could make more of an impact, she became a business analyst and started to learn the strategy side of things. After successfully executing a range of projects, she was promoted to her current position.
Kaitlyn had this to share in a recent interview.
“My favorite thing about working at Broadspire has to be that on any given day I can have a meeting with people in Australia, Canada, and the UK. Although each group is different, everyone shares the same values of how we can help others. Everyone has such big hearts. I think working with people to help solve problems and then their very positive reaction when they start to see results is what keeps me connected to my job.”
Kaitlyn’s optimism about her future at Broadspire is based on her belief that there are lots of opportunities for leadership development. “There is a lot of mentoring that happens between different levels” she shares. “And for that, I’m very grateful.”
